We use high-quality 100% biodegradable latex balloons, encourage responsible use of foil balloons and proper balloon disposal, and discourage helium balloon releases as they are harmful to the environment.

Organic garlands are a great addition to the décor plan of any event and are our most popular balloon décor. To achieve an organic look, our garlands are built with balloons of different sizes and are air-filled. As backdrops or photo ops, organic balloon walls are perfect for statement pieces. Whichever balloon décor you choose, we will do our best to add that extra twist.
Pricing depends on a number of factors, including size, color, design, and type of installation—whether indoor or outdoor. Foil shape balloons, florals, decals, and other accents are additional.

Elevate Décor has a limited inventory of balloon backdrop add-ons, but we can also source for choice items from our partner vendors to add that wow effect.

Reach out to us by completing our online inquiry form. After we review your submission, we will contact you to provide a quick feedback or request further information or schedule an initial, complimentary consultation. In certain instances when your balloon décor is pretty straightforward, we will skip the consultation step and send you a customized quote as soon as possible.

Two.
During the consultation, we will learn more about your vision or ideas, total budget, and balloon decor needs. You will also learn more about our services to determine if we are a great fit. After it has been established that we are a great fit for each other, we will develop and send you a customized quote.

Following receipt and review of your customized proposal, you will be required to sign a contract and secure your date with a 50 percent deposit of your total invoice. The remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to your event.

Four.
Now that you have secured your date, you can count on us to competently work towards your unique balloon experience. If deemed necessary or requested, we may create a mood board, balloon color swatches, and/or a mockup. On the day of your event or as pre-arranged, we will install or deliver your charming balloons (and extras) or we will have them available for pick up.
