We offer full and partial planning, design, and styling services to cater for a variety of occasions, from birthday milestones, bridal and baby showers, housewarming parties to intimate dinner fetes and anniversary celebrations. Our services can be tailored to both adults and kids’ events, but kids’ parties have a way of capturing our heart! In fact, Elevate Décor is the in-house event stylist for Just Kids Party, a leading kids’ party rental company in the DC metro area.

Our partial service is perfect for the client who has begun the planning process or hired an event planner, but would like help with design development, styling, and event day execution. Elevate Décor will gladly provide vendor recommendations and guide you through the process of sourcing for vendors, if needed. We will work with you to develop your event concept, create your customized event design, and skillfully execute it on the day of your event.

Please note that our design and styling fee structure is custom and varies based on the size, scope, location, and complexity of your event. After an initial, complimentary consultation, we would be happy to develop a customized proposal for you. All décor items, vendor pricing and fees, setup and delivery fees, and taxes are additional.

This service is ideal for the client who would like to take more of a backseat approach and would like us to be fully engaged in all facets of the event production. As a full-service client, you can expect us to support you during the planning process, including with a careful selection of your venue and vendors. Elevate Décor will be the primary contact for all vendors and assist with budget and payment management. We will work with you to develop your event concept, create your customized event design, and skillfully execute it on the day of your event.

One.

Reach out to us by completing our online inquiry form. After we review your submission, we will contact you to either provide a quick feedback or request further information or schedule an initial, complimentary consultation.

Two.

During the consultation, we will learn more about your vision or ideas, total budget, and event needs. You will get the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have and also learn more about our services to determine if we are a great fit.

Three.

After it has been established that we are a great fit for each other, we will send you an invoice for a small, non-refundable deposit which signals your intention to work with us. The deposit covers some of our time as we kickstart the planning process, while developing a customized proposal for you. If you decide to book with us, it will be deducted from your total invoice. For the client who does not need our planning service, a commitment fee will not be required as we will proceed directly to the development of a customized proposal.

Four.

Following receipt, review, and approval of your customized proposal, you will be required to sign a contract and secure your date with a 50 percent deposit of your total invoice. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event.

Five.

Now that you have secured your date, sit back and relax as we create your unique, elevated event experience. It is at this stage that we develop a custom mood board and design proposal, create color swatches, and make a site visit if deemed necessary or requested.
